Services are à la carte by the hour or as a package of hours & services. Fees will be discussed following the complimentary consultation. Services will be offered on a sliding scale when needed.
Please Note: The people who are able to pay for my service allow me to volunteer it to others.
Support
Create a calm and comfortable environment at the home, hospice, or hospital.
Provide a comforting presence: keep company, hold space, actively listen, read aloud, etc.
Arrange respite for family and caregivers so they can tend to personal needs and take time for themselves.

Communication
Assist with Advance Healthcare Directive, After-Death Directive, Health Care Proxies, etc.*
Facilitate challenging, yet necessary, EOL conversations with family, trusted others, and medical team.*
Hold space for deep conversations with the dying person to discover and implement his/her needs and wishes.

Education
Act as liaison between the dying person, their family, and the hospice team.
Creating shared meaning by establishing rituals of connection at the bedside

Spiritual
Offer spiritual support; arrange for visits from clergy or other spiritual advisors.
Hold vigil during active dying, and after death, with a home funeral as an option/service.
Offer meditations to promote self-acceptance and death-acceptance.*
Offer grief and bereavement support and resources.
Reiki therapy - a form of energy healing that encourages emotional or physical healing

*These services can ideally be initiated or even completed before a terminal diagnosis exists or death is imminent.
